Als privacy officer bij Enver zorg jij voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens en privacy rechten. Met jouw juridische en organisatorische kennis geef je richting aan privacybeleid en AVG-compliance. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's aan informatieveiligheid en bewustwording binnen de organisatie. Jouw rol Bij Enver werken we dagelijks met gevoelige persoonsgegevens, verspreid over diverse systemen. Als privacy officer vervul je een belangrijke rol in het beschermen van deze gegevens en het versterken van onze privacycultuur. Je bent een sparringpartner voor directie, management en medewerkers en geeft richting aan privacyvraagstukken op tactisch en strategisch niveau. Daarnaast neem je de regie op privacygerelateerde onderwerpen en activiteiten. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stelt prioriteiten en stemt deze af met onder andere de CISO, ISO, Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) en je direct leidinggevende. Zo help je Enver privacybewust en in controle te blijven, waarbij privacy goed geregeld is, én ook leeft in de dagelijkse praktijk. Jouw focusgebieden: - het adviseren van directie, management en medewerkers over privacykwesties; - het regisseren, prioriteren en bewaken van de voortgang van privacygerelateerde onderwerpen en activiteiten, in afstemming met de CISO, ISO, FG en de direct leidinggevende; - het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van privacybeleid en procedures; - het opstellen, afstemmen en beheren van verwerkersovereenkomsten; - het coördineren en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, waaronder DPIA's; - het regelen van audits om de naleving van privacywetgeving en interne richtlijnen te monitoren en te verbeteren; - behandeling van datalekken en onderhoud contacten met externe partijen.
