Wil jij als Private Equity Controller een sleutelrol spelen in de groei en financiële beheersing van private equity fondsen? In deze organisatie werk je samen met een hecht team van investeringsprofessionals aan het hart van het investeringsproces. Jobomschrijving

  • Financieel opvolgen van private equity fondsen (master- en feederstructuren)
  • Analyseren en controleren van periodieke fondsrapporteringen, jaarrekeningen en auditdossiers
  • Bewaken en reconciliëren van inschrijvingen, inkopen, transfers, uitkeringen, capital calls en kasstromen
  • Analyseren en opvolgen van fonds- en beheerskosten, met berekening en controle van kostencijfers
  • Bepalen en verifiëren van de netto-inventariswaarde (NAV) per fonds op basis van fair value
  • Opstellen, controleren en analyseren van financiële, operationele, risico- en performance-KPI’s
  • Opvolgen van contractuele verplichtingen uit fondsdocumentatie en convenanten
  • Coördineren van de opmaak van jaarrekeningen, algemene vergaderingen en raden van bestuur
  • Voorbereiden van externe audits en vragen van accountants/auditors beantwoorden
  • Coördineren tussen betalingsagent, bewaarder, fondsaccountant, auditor en andere partners
  • Onderhouden van het private equity portaal en zorgen voor correcte, tijdige financiële informatie
  • Proactief signaleren van afwijkingen, risico’s en verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties

Must-haves

  • Masterdiploma in accountancy, finance, economie of gelijkwaardig
  • Grondige kennis van boekhouding, financiële rapportering en jaarrekeningen
  • Bekendheid met private equity fondsen, alternatieve beleggingsfondsen, fund accounting of controlling
  • Sterk analytisch en gestructureerd kunnen werken, met focus op detail en resultaat
  • Kennis van Microsoft Excel en complexe financiële data kunnen verwerken
  • Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
  • Autonoom kunnen werken, maar ook sterk in samenwerking
  • Pragmatisch kunnen denken en snel praktische oplossingen formuleren

Nice-to-haves

  • Kennis van Power BI of andere rapporteringstools
  • Ervaring met automatisering of visualisatie van financiële rapportering
  • Affiniteit met private equity-kasstromen (capital calls, distributions, carried interest)
  • Kennis van fondsadministratie, orderuitvoering en uitkeringsbeleid
  • Ervaring met auditprocessen en interne controles
