Ben jij de Private Lending Advisor die onze klant zoekt? In deze rol ontwerp je op maat gemaakte financieringsoplossingen en analyseer je risico's voor een diverse klantenkring in privé banking. Je ondersteunt relatiebeheerders en ontwikkelt financieringsvoorstellen die perfect aansluiten op de wensen van de klant. Met jouw analytische en oplossingsgerichte instelling bouw je vertrouwelijke relaties op en fungeer je als bruggenbouwer.   • Jij adviseert en ontwerpt op maat gemaakte financieringsoplossingen voor klanten in privé banking en vermogensbeheer, zoals investeringsondersteunde leningen en vastgoedfinanciering.
  • Jij ondersteunt de relatiebeheerders bij het afhandelen van kredietaanvragen en zorgt voor een soepele procedure.
  • Jij verwerkt kredietaanvragen en brengt de risico's in kaart in een gedetailleerd kredietmemo. Door strategische financiële analyses uit te voeren, inclusief sectoranalyse en bedrijfsfinanciën, verkrijg jij inzicht in de sterke en zwakke punten van klanten voor een accurate risicobeoordeling.
  • Jij ontwikkelt financieringsvoorstellen die perfect aansluiten op de wensen van de klant, met inachtneming van onze krediet- en prijsrichtlijnen. Voor complexe gevallen werk jij samen met interne partijen zoals private bankers, juridische medewerkers en risicospecialisten om een soepel en conform kredietproces te waarborgen.
  • Jij houdt toezicht op de risico's binnen kredietdossiers en zorgt voor de juiste opvolging. Wanneer risico's toenemen, ontwikkel jij een actieplan ter bescherming van de belangen van de bank.
  • Jij bouwt vertrouwelijke relaties op met klanten en wordt hun aanspreekpunt voor leningen. Jij blijft op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen, fiscale kaders en kredietproducten die relevant zijn voor onze klantenkring.
