Wir kümmern uns um die finanzielle Gesundheit der Menschen und Unternehmen in unserer Region und begleiten 21.000 Kund_innen an 11 Standorten im Herzen der Region Grieskirchen.

Mit Finanzlösungen für die Erfüllung von Wünschen, das Erreichen von Zielen oder das Meistern von Herausforderungen begleiten wir unsere Kund:innen durchs Leben - das ist unser Auftrag. 1 Privatkundenbetreuer_in Junior DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE

* Betreuung und Beratung von Privatkund_innen in allen finanziellen Angelegenheiten (Veranlagung, Finanzierung, Konto/Zahlungsverkehr, Versicherungen)

* Aktiver Verkauf von Bankprodukten aller Bedarfsfelder

* Erarbeitung und Verkauf bedarfsgerechter Finanzlösungen

* Aufbau und Pflege des persönlichen Netzwerkes und neuer Kundenkontakte

WOMIT SIE UNS BEGEISTERN

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura)

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bankkundengeschäft oder Verkauf (wir sind auch offen für motivierte Quer-/Umsteiger:innen)

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Begeisterung für Kundengespräche und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Engagement und Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
