Von der Bestellung bis zur Abholung oder Lieferung hast du die Aufträge unserer Gewerbekund:innen im Griff. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Ware vollständig und pünktlich bereit steht und begleitest die Aufträge bis zur Übergabe. Dabei arbeitest du im OBI Markt eng mit unseren PRO Berater:innen zusammen und sorgst gemeinsam mit ihnen für einen verlässlichen Service für unsere PRO Kund:innen.

Aufgaben, die dich erwarten

* Du stellst die Bestellungen für unsere PRO Kund:innen vollständig und sorgfältig zusammen.

* Du kontrollierst die bestellte Ware auf Vollständigkeit und Unversehrtheit und bereitest sie für die Abholung oder Lieferung vor.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass kommissionierte Waren bis zur Übergabe sicher und ordnungsgemäß gelagert werden.

* Du kümmerst dich um Lieferscheine und behältst die Aufträge bis zur erfolgreichen Abholung oder Zustellung im Blick.

* Du unterstützt unsere PRO Berater:innen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenaufträgen.

* Du bist bei Lieferungen und Abholaufträgen direkte Ansprechperson für unseren Außendienst und PRO Kund:innen.

* Du übernimmst bei Abwesenheit unserer PRO Berater:innen definierte Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass die Auftragsabwicklung reibungslos weiterläuft.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst

Alles machbar, wenn

* du einen Staplerschein besitzt und sicher mit Flurförderfahrzeugen umgehst.

* du idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Kommissionierung oder im Handel gesammelt hast. Branchen- und Sortimentskenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

* du selbstständig, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert arbeitest, gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und dir ein verlässlicher Service für unsere PRO Kund:innen wichtig ist.

* du gerne im Team arbeitest, kommunikationsstark bist und sicher mit PC Systemen und digitalen Anwendungen umgehst.

Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.451 pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Das Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.362,- brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
