Hoe zorg je ervoor dat een productieproces niet alleen vandaag goed draait, maar morgen nóg slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter wordt? Bij Maselis krijg je als Proces & Controls Engineer de ruimte om daar zelf mee aan de slag te gaan.

Maselis is een familiale onderneming uit Roeselare, gespecialiseerd in de primaire verwerking van granen en peulvruchten tot hoogwaardige basisgrondstoffen voor de agro- en voedingsindustrie. Achter die producten schuilt een sterk geautomatiseerd productieproces. En net daar ligt jouw uitdaging.

We zoeken een Proces & Controls Engineer die automatisering, data en procesoptimalisatie graag combineert met een hands-on aanpak.

Jobomschrijving

Je wordt een belangrijke technische schakel binnen de productieomgeving. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om automatiserings- en verbeterprojecten van A tot Z te realiseren: van het analyseren van een proces en uitwerken van een oplossing tot de implementatie, opstart en verdere optimalisatie.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • proces- en productiedata visualiseert en inzichtelijk maakt, onder andere via Grafana;
  • KPI's en OEE-rapporteringen ontwikkelt en verder optimaliseert;
  • automatiseringsprojecten uitwerkt, begeleidt en opstart;
  • PLC-programma's analyseert, aanpast en documenteert;
  • HMI- en SCADA-systemen ontwikkelt en verbetert;
  • technische storingen analyseert en structurele oplossingen uitwerkt;
  • productie, techniekers en supervisors ondersteunt bij automatiseringsvraagstukken;
  • actief op zoek gaat naar mogelijkheden om processen slimmer, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken.

Je zit dus niet alleen achter je computer. Je staat dicht bij de productie en ziet meteen het resultaat van de oplossingen die je uitwerkt.

We zoeken vooral iemand met technische bagage én een gezonde interesse in hoe processen beter kunnen.

Je beschikt over:

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of een gelijkaardige richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd in de praktijk;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisering;
  • kennis van TIA Portal, Siemens S7 of een andere PLC-programmeeromgeving;
  • inzicht in industriële communicatie zoals Profibus en Profinet;
  • ervaring met HMI- en SCADA-systemen;
  • kennis van frequentieregelaars en softstarters, of de motivatie om je hierin verder te verdiepen;
  • een praktische basiskennis van industriële elektriciteit: elektrische schema's kunnen lezen, motoren, sensoren en andere veldcomponenten begrijpen;
  • kennis van VB.NET? Dat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
