Je werkt mee aan nieuwe installaties, optimaliseert bestaande processen en ondersteunt productie en techniekers met jouw expertise. De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Proces Engineer regio Roeselare?

  • Je werkt automatiseringsprojecten uit van ontwerp tot opstart en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe installaties en systemen optimaal functioneren.
  • Visualiseren van proces- en productiedata en ontwikkelen van KPI- en OEE-rapporteringen.
  • Je programmeert en documenteert PLC-systemen en ontwikkelt en optimaliseert SCADA-systemen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen en actief voorstellen en realiseren van procesverbeteringen.
  • Nauwe ondersteuning van productie, techniekers en supervisors bij technische en automatiseringsvraagstukken.

Wat breng je mee als Proces Engineer regio Roeselare?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Automatisering of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisering is vereist.
  • Je hebt kennis van TIA Portal, Siemens S7 en/of andere PLC-programmeeromgevingen.
  • Ervaring met HMI- en SCADA-systemen en kennis van frequentieregelaars en softstarters zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een praktische basiskennis van industriële elektriciteit en kunt elektrische schema's, motoren, sensoren en veldcomponenten begrijpen.
