Brunel / Talent Proces Engineer - Brunel - Delfzijl Brunel Jobid: 566283189728126664 (0.0503) Over deze functie Als Proces Engineer ben jij de spil in het verbeteren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen, introduceert nieuwe producten en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productie. - Voorstellen en implementeren van procesverbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, capaciteit en kosten. - Uitvoeren van data-analyses, RCA's (Root Cause Analyses) en andere verbeteronderzoeken. - Coördineren en leiden van verbeterprojecten met diverse stakeholders. - Ontwikkelen van standaarden, werkinstructies en productie-instellingen. - Intensief samenwerken met afdelingen zoals productie, maintenance, HSE, engineering en R&D. - Trainen en coachen van operators en technici in nieuwe processen en standaarden. - Bewaken van naleving van arbo-, milieu- en QHSE-voorschriften. - Bijdragen aan materiaalontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe technologieën. Over jou Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet anderen mee te nemen in veranderingen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in (Chemical) Process Engineering of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring in een (geautomatiseerde) productieomgeving, bij voorkeur chemie, voedingsmiddelen of maakindustrie. - Kennis van veiligheidsstudies, risicoanalyses en continuous improvement-methodieken. - Bekend met RCA's, FMECA's, SPC en verbetertechnieken. - Vloeiend Nederlands en goede beheersing van Engels.
