Deze organisatie exploiteert een moderne, volledig elektrische fabriek in Heerenveen die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van baby- en kindervoeding op basis van geiten- en koemelk en in de verwerking van wei-stromen tot wei-eiwitconcentraat. De fabriek voert processtappen uit zoals ontvangst van melk, ontroming, indampen, mixen, homogeniseren, drogen en verpakken. De productieorganisatie werkt met zelfsturende teams en een vijfploegensysteem waardoor de operatie continu verloopt. De locatie is ontworpen zonder directe CO2- en stikstofuitstoot en benut energie efficiënt, wat volgens interne metingen heeft geleid tot een reductie van 40% ten opzichte van traditionele zuivelprocessen. De procesorganisatie besteedt aandacht aan procesveiligheid en voert risicostudies zoals HAZOP uit en valideringsactiviteiten om te voldoen aan bedrijfs- en wettelijke richtlijnen.
