Locatie Katwijk Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Katwijk. Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de productie en wereldwijde verkoop van farmaceutische grondstoffen sinds 1914. De fabriek in Katwijk heeft ruim honderd medewerkers en kenmerkt zich door een nuchtere cultuur die gebaseerd is op hechte relaties en vakmanschap. In de organisatie liggen diverse actuele projecten zoals een groot nieuwbouwproject, automatisering van reactoren en maatregelen voor emissiereductie. De afdeling Projecten / Engineering wordt daarom uitgebreid om zowel vervanging als modernisering van apparatuur en installaties te realiseren. De procesengineer werkt binnen projecten die zich richten op ontwerp en optimalisatie van installaties, verbetering van batchprocessen zoals chemische synthese, zuivering en droging en op het begeleiden van ingebruikname en wijzigingsbeheer. De rol vereist nauwe samenwerking met QHSE, R&D, productieafdelingen, de technische dienst en externe leveranciers. De functie rapporteert aan de directie en vraagt om een praktische, generalistische houding om oplossingen te realiseren en kwaliteit en veiligheid te borgen in de fabriek in Katwijk.
