Als proces engineer heb je een zelfstandige rol waarbij je direct aan de operations directeur rapporteert. Je zorgt voor analyse van prestatie en doet voorstellen naar praktische verbeteringen voor de werkvloer. Daarnaast werk je samen met de productie om werkafspraken te standaardiseren en geef je hen trainingen. Deze functie richt zich op verbeteren, samenwerken en trainen. Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring? • Een diploma op minimaal HBO niveau • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie • Ervaring met TPM, WCM en LEAN Over het bedrijf Dit gerenommeerde bedrijf is onderdeel van een van de grootste staalproducenten van de wereld.
