Deze organisatie is actief in de productie van anorganische basischemicaliën binnen de chemische industrie en opereert vanuit locaties in de Rotterdamse haven waaronder de Botlek en de Maasvlakte. De organisatie richt zich op de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van technische projecten die bijdragen aan veilige en duurzame productieprocessen en een lager energie- en CO2-verbruik in de procesindustrie. De organisatie werkt met multidisciplinaire teams aan front-end studies en uitvoeringsprojecten en legt daarbij de nadruk op procesveiligheid, haalbaarheid en efficiëntie. Engineeringteams, operations en onderzoek en ontwikkeling werken nauw samen met regionale en internationale projectorganisaties om standaarden en best practices te ontwikkelen en te implementeren. Er is aandacht voor kennisoverdracht en coaching van (junior) engineers om vakkennis te borgen en draagvlak voor veranderingen te creëren. Op de site in Rotterdam worden studies uitgevoerd, projecten beoordeeld en technische voorstellen aan het site management gedaan met het oog op duurzame en betrouwbare operaties. Rotterdam vormt hiermee het operationele hart waar technische vernieuwing en dagelijkse productieactiviteiten samenkomen.
