Proces Engineer De schakel tussen Operations, Bedrijfsbureau, Supply Chain en Logistiek Beheersen en verbeteren van processen die onze productie elke dag slimmer maken. Bij Van Loon Group werken we continu aan betere resultaten. Slimmer organiseren, data beter benutten en processen beheersbaar maken helpt ons om elke dag vooruit te gaan. Daarom zoeken wij een Proces Engineer die kansen ziet, verbeteringen doorvoert en collega's hierin meeneemt. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze functie. Je werkt de ene dag aan data-analyses en managementrapportages en begeleidt de volgende dag een verbeterproject. Ook overleg je regelmatig met verschillende afdelingen om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Je schakelt tussen operationele en strategische vraagstukken. Denk aan productieprestaties op de werkvloer, machines en bredere supply chain-processen. Door de afwisseling blijf je continu leren en ontwikkelen. Om succesvol te zijn, kijk je verder dan één afdeling of proces. Je begrijpt hoe verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie met elkaar verbonden zijn en ziet welke impact veranderingen hebben. Zo draag je bij aan betere besluitvorming en help je de organisatie continu te verbeteren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Analyseren, verbeteren en digitaliseren van ondersteunende bedrijfsprocessen binnen onze productieomgeving. - Ontwikkelen van rapportages, dashboards en stuurinformatie waarmee afdelingen beter kunnen sturen op prestaties. - Leiden van verbeter- en implementatieprojecten en het bewaken van planning, voortgang en resultaten. - Ontwikkelen van slimme automatiseringen met onder andere VBA, Python, Power BI, Power Apps en Power Automate. - Het verbinden van mensen, processen en systemen door draagvlak te creëren, stakeholders mee te nemen en veranderingen succesvol te impl...
