Locatie Wijster Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Wijster. Dit bedrijf verwerkt slachtbijproducten tot hoogwaardige, eiwitrijke grondstoffen en vetten voor de diervoederindustrie, meststoffen en biobrandstoffen. Op het Energie Transitiepark Midden-Drenthe bij Wijster worden op verschillende productielijnen verenmeel, bloedmeel, pluimveemeel en vet geproduceerd. Het bedrijf is opgericht in 2009 en functioneert als een samenwerking van 5 onafhankelijke Nederlandse pluimveeslachterijen. In totaal zijn er ongeveer 30 medewerkers actief en daarnaast vindt inhuur plaats van externe dienstverlening. De technische afdeling richt zich op het borgen van veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties en processen en ondersteunt onderhoud, modificaties en investeringsprojecten. Vanuit deze rol worden verbetertrajecten, kwaliteitsanalyse en validatiewerkzaamheden uitgevoerd met aandacht voor beheersbaarheid en efficiëntie. In Wijster werkt het team zowel aan preventief als correctief onderhoud en aan projectmatige optimalisaties om de productie op duurzame wijze te laten groeien. Deze organisatie zoekt procesgerichte engineers die praktisch en projectmatig willen bijdragen aan verdere ontwikkeling van de productie en het technisch beleid.
