Locatie Farmsum Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Farmsum. Dit productiebedrijf produceert silica met een chemisch proces en zoekt versterking voor de procesafdeling. De werkomgeving vraagt om iemand die proceskennis kan opbouwen en kan werken binnen een 5 pl. rooster. De organisatie kampt met achterstallige optimalisatie en een beperkte toepassing van SOP's waardoor beheersing en continuous improvement aandacht vragen. De processtroom voor silica is chemisch van aard en goed te doorgronden maar bevat veel tacit knowledge die van generatie op generatie is doorgegeven. Kandidaten moeten bereid zijn om praktijkervaring op te doen en kennen te maken met werken in ploegendienst. In Farmsum wordt een structureel inleertraject gehanteerd waarbij nieuwkomers roulerend meedraaien over alle ploegen om proceskennis op te bouwen. Er liggen concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de procesafdeling voor werknemers die investeren in hun ontwikkeling en kennisopbouw. De sfeer is technisch praktisch en gericht op het verbeteren van operationele beheersing en het terugdringen van openstaande optimalisaties.
