Voor onze klant te Waasten zoeken wij een Procesingenieur.

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in diepgevroren aardappelproducten. Vanuit een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving worden producten geleverd aan klanten in meer dan 120 landen.

Voor de verdere optimalisatie van de productieprocessen zoeken we een ingenieur die graag analyseert, verbeteringen uitwerkt en ook regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig is.

Je komt terecht in een grote productieomgeving met vijf productielijnen. Samen met productie, kwaliteit en maintenance werk je aan efficiëntere processen, stabiele installaties en een constante productkwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert bestaande productieprocessen en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om deze verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt aan proces- en lijnverbeteringen over de vijf productielijnen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat werkmethodes en processen zoveel mogelijk uniform verlopen.
  • Je onderzoekt technische problemen en afwijkingen in het productieproces.
  • Je zoekt naar structurele oplossingen om terugkerende problemen te vermijden.
  • Je volgt procesparameters op en analyseert de beschikbare productiedata.
  • Je implementeert en verbetert meet- en regelsystemen, zowel digitaal als op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart en ingebruikname van nieuwe installaties.
  • Je stelt technische werkinstructies op en werkt bestaande procedures bij.
  • Je begeleidt operatoren en ploegchefs bij de invoering van nieuwe werkmethodes.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en maintenance.
  • Je volgt de impact van verbeteringen op efficiëntie, veiligheid en productkwaliteit op.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of procesindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goed analytisch inzicht en kan technische problemen systematisch onderzoeken.
  • Je werkt graag met data en gebruikt deze om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt interesse in productieprocessen, automatisering en procestechnieken.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en gaat zelf op de werkvloer kijken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen op lange termijn.
  • Je kan technische informatie duidelijk overbrengen naar operatoren, ploegchefs en andere collega's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt rekening met kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je bent bereid om op termijn eventueel in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
