Als Proces Ingenieur vorm je de brug tussen ontwikkeling en productie. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar een maakbaar, efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces. Afhankelijk van jouw sterktes ligt de focus op product, proces of een combinatie van beide:

Productgericht:

  • Is de vraag van de klant technisch realiseerbaar?
  • Hoe vertaal je dit naar duidelijke werkinstructies?
  • Complexe PCB’s en elektronische toepassingen voorbereiden voor productie.

Procesgericht:

  • Kunnen machines de gevraagde productie aan?
  • Welke processen optimaliseer je voor maximale efficiëntie?
  • Continue verbetering op vlak van kwaliteit en rendement.

Technische analyses, documentatiebeheer en het oplossen van kwaliteitsvraagstukken maken integraal deel uit van jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor of master in elektromechanica of elektronica.
  • Sterke technische kennis van elektromechanica en inzicht in productieomgevingen mogen niet ontbreken.
  • Interesse in zowel productmaakbaarheid als procesoptimalisatie is een must.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met het opmaken van duidelijke werkinstructies is een meerwaarde.
  • Ondernemend en gedreven zijn je troeven, je bijt je vast in technische uitdagingen.
  • Kennis van CAD (Inventor) is een troef.
  • Nederlands en Engels heb je onder de knie; kennis van Duits en Frans is een plus.
