Wil je impact hebben binnen een stabiele, innoverende KMO waar automatisaties zoals robots, cobots, camera- en meetsystemen aan de orde van de dag zijn? Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Proces Ingenieur CNC / CAM.

?Als Proces Ingenieur CNC / CAM ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en vrijgeven van geautomatiseerde CNC-productieprocessen:

  • Voortraject & Engineering: Samen met Sales & Engineering analyseer je de technische haalbaarheid en schat je de doorlooptijden in voor nieuwe projecten.
  • Procesvoorbereiding & Tooling: In overleg met projectingenieurs bereid je werkmethoden, snijgereedschappen, meet- en machinespecificaties en opstellingen voor. Je ontwerpt CNC-kalibers en tekent aanpassingen aan gietmatrijzen uit.
  • CAM-Programmatie & Vrijgave: Als specialist CNC-insteller en CAM-programmeur sta je in voor het programmeren, opstarten van de bewerkingsprocessen en de finale vrijgave voor productie. Je draagt jouw kennis over op de operators/productiemedewerkers.
  • Kwaliteit & Continu Verbeteren: Je analyseert knelpunten, voert correcties uit en optimaliseert doorlooptijden en foutenmarges.
  • Innovatie & Automatisatie: Je bedenkt en implementeert geavanceerde toepassingen met robots, cobots, camera- & meetsystemen op de CNC-afdeling.

Profiel

  • Opleiding & Expertise: Je hebt een technische Bachelor of Master (Elektromechanica, Mechanica) op zak, of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring binnen de verspanende industrie.
  • Technische Kennis: Je hebt een grondige kennis van verspaning (draaien, boren, tappen, frezen) en minstens een basiskennis van 3D-tekenprogramma's / CAD-CAM software (bij voorkeur Siemens NX).
  • Kwaliteit & Systemen: Ervaring met ISO-kwaliteitssystemen is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt methodisch, analytisch en zelfstandig. Je bent oplossingsgericht, hebt oog voor detail en werkt graag samen in teamverband.
  • Talenkennis: Je drukt je professioneel en vlot uit in het Nederlands én Engels.
