Carrières Proces- & Leverancier Kwaliteitsingenieur Italië Mechatronica Milano Op locatie Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een Process & Supplier Quality Engineer met 3-5 jaar ervaring in productieomgevingen, bij voorkeur in de sectoren industriële automatisering/intralogistiek. We bieden consultancydiensten aan onze toonaangevende klanten in diverse servicegebieden zoals: - Beheren en controleren van de proceskwaliteit tijdens de productieactiviteiten. - Beheren van het systeem voor interne, leveranciers- en klantafwijkingen en het vaststellen en monitoren van corrigerende acties. - Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analysis (oorzaakanalyse) en implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve acties. - Opstellen en beheren van rapporten volgens de 8D-methodologie. - Plannen en uitvoeren van procusaudits en leveranciersaudits. - Samenwerken met leveranciers om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen en de prestaties te verbeteren. - Analyseren van kwaliteits-KPI's en opstellen van rapportage ter ondersteuning van bedrijfsbeslissingen. Wat we van jou verwachten - Afgestudeerd in Engineering (Werktuigbouwkunde, Bedrijfskunde, Industriële techniek of aanverwante disciplines). - 3-5 jaar ervaring in rollen zoals Process Quality, Supplier Quality of Quality Engineering binnen productiebedrijven. - Kennis van de belangrijkste methodologieën voor Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone-diagram). - Kennis van de 8D-methodologie. - Goede kennis van de ISO 9001-norm. - Uitstekende kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket, met name Excel en PowerPoint. - Kennis van SAP S/4HANA is een pluspunt. - Vloeiend Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling. - Italiaans op C1-niveau. - Beschikbaarheid om op afstand zakenreizen te maken (ongeveer één per maand, met een duur ...
