Functie-inhoud - Je voert productieprocessen veilig en efficiënt uit en bewaakt deze. - Je bedient en regelt installaties om productiedoelstellingen te behalen en bewaakt procesparameters. - Je voert procescontroles uit en documenteert procesgegevens nauwkeurig. - Je lokaliseert en lost storingen op, voert storingsdiagnoses uit en neemt directe actie om de continuïteit te waarborgen. - Je verzorgt de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en coördineert goederenontvangst en verzending binnen de productielogistiek. - Je voert kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrondes uit, geeft werkvergunningen af waar nodig en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten. - Je monitort en stuurt geautomatiseerde procesbesturingen (DCS/PLC/SCADA), stelt recepturen en procesparameters bij en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit aan reactoren, menginstallaties, pompen en compressoren. Functie-eisen - MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding in Chemische Te.

- MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding in Chemische Technologie. - Minimaal 0-2 jaar ervaring in de procesindustrie of soortgelijke productierol. - Kennis van procesveiligheid en veiligheidsprocedures en praktische toepassing hiervan. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het bedienen en instellen van productie-installaties. - Nauwkeurige werkhouding en ervaring met procesregistratie en rapportage. - Bereidheid om te werken volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
