The posting

Bij EOC Group draait productie niet alleen om installaties en processen, maar vooral om mensen die verantwoordelijkheid nemen, kwaliteit bewaken en samenwerken. In onze Latex-afdeling zorgen we dagelijks voor duurzame chemische oplossingen die wereldwijd gebruikt worden. Voor onze vestiging in Evergem zoeken we een Procesoperator die met precisie en zorg mee instaat voor een veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Procesoperator binnen de Latex-afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en opvolgen van het volledige productieproces van onze latexdispersies — van het afwegen van grondstoffen tot het opvolgen van polymerisatie- en mengprocessen. Je zorgt dat elke batch volgens receptuur, planning en veiligheidsvoorschriften wordt geproduceerd.

  • Je voert de productieplanning uit en zorgt dat producten tijdig en correct worden afgewerkt.
  • Je controleert of alle grondstoffen en halffabrikaten aanwezig zijn voor de opstart van een batch.
  • Je start installaties op, volgt parameters op (temperatuur, druk, debiet…) en grijpt in bij afwijkingen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van elke productiestap en meldt afwijkingen of verbeterpunten.
  • Je vult afgewerkte latexproducten af in IBC's, vaten of bulk en ziet toe op correcte etikettering en opslag.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij het laden en lossen van grondstoffen of afgewerkte producten.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem en verwerkt de nodige documentatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Maintenance, Quality Control en Logistics om het proces veilig en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Chemie of Techniek, óf je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als operator.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan zelfstandig werken binnen duidelijke richtlijnen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, werkt graag in team en bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken.
