Werk jij graag met je handen én je hoofd? Krijg je energie van geautomatiseerde processen en kwaliteitsvolle voedingsproducten? Dan is deze job als Proces Operator binnen de productie van melk- en roomproducten misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

In deze functie ben je van begin tot einde betrokken bij het productieproces en speel je een sleutelrol in het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Jouw taken

Als Proces Operator sta je in voor het volledige productieproces, van ontvangst tot afvulling:

  • Je bedient en bewaakt het productieproces van ontvangst tot en met de vullijnen, inclusief CIP-reiniging
  • Je volgt de voortgang van het proces op en grijpt corrigerend in bij afwijkingen, steeds volgens het productieplan en de kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je controleert de producten en stuurt bij in overleg met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op en schakelt indien nodig de technische dienst in
  • Je ondersteunt collega-operatoren bij het bedienen van vulmachines en inpaklijnen
  • Je registreert productiegegevens correct en rapporteert deze aan je verantwoordelijke
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma elektromechanica, procestechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan storingen aan machines en lijnen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel (vroeg – laat – nacht)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je bent administratief vaardig en kan vlot overweg met computer en productie-software
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring met geautomatiseerde processen binnen de voedingsindustrie
