Dan hebben wij een interessante uitdaging als (leerling) proces operator voor jou beschikbaar. Jouw uitdaging Als proces operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het runnen van de fabriek, waarbij je de operatie coordineert. Jouw team zorgt voor een veilige, betrouwbare levering van onze producten aan onze klanten, zodat die ongestoord hun processen kunnen draaien. Op chemiepark Delfzijl heeft Nobian verschillende fabrieken die waardevolle producten produceren voor bedrijven op heel het chemiepark en daarbuiten. Eén van deze fabrieken is het membraan elektrolyse bedrijf (MEB), dit bedrijf bestaat in de basis uit 4 elektrolyzers welke zuiver chloor, waterstof en natronloog produceren. Naast de elektrolyzers bestaat de fabriek uit (waterstof)compressie-, loogindamping en bleekloogproductie faciliteiten waarmee de benodigde kwaliteit van de verschillende eindproducten wordt verkregen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je start en stopt units, installaties e.d. en zorgt voor het in- en uitblokken en veiligstellen van installatiedelen. - Je voert controlerondes uit en regelt eventueel, in overleg met de controlekamer, de installaties bij. Veiligheid is hierbij het sleutelwoord. - Je optimaliseert de processtromen en doet storingsanalyse om bottlenecks structureel op te lossen. - Je rapporteert aan de Production Lead en bent onderdeel van een ploeg met gemiddeld 6 collega's van leerling operators tot senior shift coördinatoren. Dit kun jij van ons verwachten Mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling, binnen het eigen werkgebied of daarbuiten.
