Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de maakindustrie en levert continu producten via gestandaardiseerde productieprocessen. Het team in Leiden werkt met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en processtabiliteit en richt zich op het beperken van stilstand en het verbeteren van rendement. Jij ondersteunt dagelijkse productieactiviteiten, voert controles uit en werkt volgens strikte procedures om consistentie in output te waarborgen. De organisatie investeert in opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat jij je kunt ontwikkelen binnen technische functies en doorgroeien naar meer verantwoordelijkheden. Werken in deze omgeving betekent samenwerken met collega’s in een ploegendienststructuur en bijdragen aan praktische verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Voor deze functie geldt een salarisrange van €2600 - €4000 per maand zodat je een duidelijk beeld hebt van het arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en bewaakt toegewezen installaties en productieprocessen. - Jij bedient en controleert machines en systemen en stelt procesparameters in om de productie binnen specificaties te houden. - Jij bewaakt rendement en optimaliseert productieprocessen door actief bij te sturen en verbeteringen door te voeren. - Jij voert zelfstandig klein onderhoud en reparaties uit en schakelt bij grotere storingen een onderhoudsmonteur in. - Jij rapporteert productiegegevens, houdt logboeken bij en werkt volgens procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - MBO-diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in ploegendienst. - Kennis van procesbewaking en inzicht in technische installaties. - Technische vaardigheden voor het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en storingsanalyse. - Nauwkeurige werkhouding en goede kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst en flexibiliteit in werktijden. - Goede beheersi.
