Techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om bij te leren: klinkt dat als jouw volgende uitdaging? Voor een internationale speler binnen de metaalindustrie zoeken we een schuimoperator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een technisch productieproces. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met verschillende gespecialiseerde afdelingen. Binnen jouw afdeling krijg je een duidelijk proces onder je hoede en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie elke dag goed zitten.

Je taken:

  • De juiste schuimparameters instellen aan de hand van technische instelbladen
  • Parameters op vaste tijdstippen controleren en registreren
  • Afwijkingen tijdig detecteren en gepast reageren
  • De shiftsupervisor informeren wanneer nodig
  • Omstellingen uitvoeren bij productwissels
  • Productiebons correct opvolgen
  • Machineonderdelen reinigen en onderhouden
  • Orde en netheid binnen de schuimomgeving bewaken
  • Strikt werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
