De werkomgeving is modern en gericht op efficiëntie en continue verbetering, met aandacht voor opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden voor medewerkers die technische of leidinggevende rollen willen ontwikkelen. De teams werken in ploegendiensten en hechten waarde aan collegialiteit, duidelijke werkprocessen en een veilige werkvloer. De organisatie stimuleert het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen en deelname aan projecten zoals Lean en TPM. Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en wordt bepaald op basis van ervaring en het takenpakket.
