Dit distributiecentrum ondersteunt de logistieke keten door binnenkomende goederen te ontvangen, tijdelijk op te slaan, te controleren en gereed te maken voor distributie naar winkels in verschillende Europese landen. De organisatie opereert binnen de logistieke sector en verwerkt een mix van pull- en push-artikelen, met aandacht voor snelle verwerking en betrouwbare verzending. In Alphen aan den Rijn werken medewerkers in een omgeving waar mechanische en elektrotechnische processen samenkomen en waar nauwkeurige coördinatie essentieel is voor de doorvoer van goederen. Jij voert onderhoudstaken uit, lost storingen op en draagt bij aan veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer. Er is aandacht voor ergonomie en veilig materiaalgebruik en er worden mogelijkheden geboden voor het verbeteren van processen door praktijkgerichte voorstellen van medewerkers. De werkomgeving biedt faciliteiten zoals een kantine met ontspanningsmogelijkheden en gratis consumpties tijdens pauzes. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 bruto per maand en er zijn ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voor wie wil doorgroeien binnen de logistieke sector. Functie-inhoud - Jij bewaakt en bedient een onderdeel van het logistieke systeem. - Jij bewaakt procesprestaties en stuurt bij om een continue goederenstroom te garanderen. - Jij geeft toezicht aan circa 10 tot 15 collega’s en stuurt aan waar nodig. - Jij voert preventief onderhoud uit en lost kleine storingen aan installaties op. - Jij controleert en handhaaft veiligheidsinstructies en spreekt medewerkers hierop aan. - Jij stemt processen op elkaar af om knelpunten te voorkomen en doet praktische verbetervoorstellen. - Jij bedient en bewaakt 2 tot 4 geautomatiseerde sorteerlijnen en conveyors met PLC/SCADA-gestuurde besturing, voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse en parameterinstellingen uit, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit (visuele inspectie, weging en barcodecontrole) en draagt actief bij aan verbeterprojecten om doorvoer, downtime en energiegebruik te vermi.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, niveau 3 of 4. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met storingsanalyse. - Bereidheid en ervaring om in 2 ploegen te werken (ochtend en avond). - Fysiek sterk en in staat zwaarder werk te verrichten. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
