Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf in regio Asse, actief in de productie van zuivelproducten, melkpoeder en room, zijn wij op zoek naar een Procesoperator met Verantwoordelijkheid. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan. Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als Procesoperator met Verantwoordelijkheid? Als Procesoperator met Verantwoordelijkheid ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je combineert het bewaken van geautomatiseerde processen met praktische taken op de werkvloer en neemt daarnaast een coachende rol op binnen het team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van het productieproces via beeldschermen en op de werkvloer.
  • Het controleren van de voortgang van het proces en het bijsturen van afwijkingen volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen en productieplanning.
  • Het bereiden van verschillende recepturen en nauwgezet opvolgen van de productie.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en waar nodig bijsturen in overleg met de kwaliteitsdienst.
  • Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van omstellingen en procesaanpassingen.
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Het registreren van productiegegevens en uitvoeren van basisadministratie.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team van ongeveer 10 operatoren.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen om processen efficiënter en kwalitatief sterker te maken.

Wie zoeken we voor de functie van Procesoperator met Verantwoordelijkheid? Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die verantwoordelijkheid durft op te nemen en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt affiniteit met productieprocessen.
  • Eerste ervaring als procesoperator of in een gelijkaardige functie i
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je kan een team motiveren, begeleiden en ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met veranderingen en drukke momenten.
  • Basisadministratie schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem.
