Sta aan de basis van een smaakvol productieproces waarin techniek en voedsel samenkomen. In een dynamische omgeving zorg je voor topkwaliteit, van het afwegen van ingrediënten tot het bakken zelf. Elke dag leer je iets nieuws, terwijl je werkt in een modern 3-ploegensysteem. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot allround operator. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je als operator in een bakkerijomgeving met een drieploegendienst. Je weegt grondstoffen af, stelt machines in en houdt het bakproces nauwlettend in de gaten. Tijdens het productieproces bewaak je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid volgens vaste richtlijnen. Je voert controles uit, lost kleine storingen op en registreert productiegegevens in het systeem. Dankzij roulatie tussen verschillende werkplekken leer je alle stappen van het proces kennen, van deegbereiding tot het verpakken van het eindproduct. Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je oog hebt voor detail, graag verbeteringen aandraagt en interesse hebt in procestechniek. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien tot allround procesoperator. Je werkt volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte en schone werkomgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden Afwegen van grondstoffen en voorbereiden van deeg volgens receptuur; Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productie- en baklijnen; Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces; Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen aan machines; Registreren van productiegegevens in het systeem volgens de geldende procedures; Werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en waarborgen van voedselveiligheid; Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en bijdragen aan efficiëntie. Wat heb jij in huis? - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek of voedselverwerking; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Affiniteit met techniek en bereidheid om te leren werken met productieapparatuur; Oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid; Flexibel inzetbaar in een drieplo.
