Vacaturebeschrijving Als Proces Operator in Luttenberg zorg jij dat de productie van veevoer goed blijft draaien. Je werkt achter de computer én in de fabriek. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als Proces Operator ben je betrokken bij vrijwel het hele productieproces. Je: - maakt de dagplanning voor de productie van veevoer op maat; - plant het vervoer naar klanten; - zorgt dat benodigde grondstoffen op tijd beschikbaar zijn; - stuurt de maal-, meng- en perslijnen vanuit de controlekamer aan; - houdt het productieproces in de gaten; - voegt waar nodig handmatig ingrediënten toe; - neemt monsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit; - lost kleine storingen zelf op; - schakelt bij grotere storingen de technische dienst in.

Je bent dus niet de hele dag achter een scherm te vinden. Je loopt ook regelmatig de fabriek in en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je werkt op een productielocatie in Luttenberg binnen de agrarische sector. Op deze vestiging werken ongeveer 20 collega's. Daardoor weet je snel wie wat doet en werk je veel met dezelfde mensen samen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere bestelling op tijd wordt geproduceerd en klaarstaat voor levering. Je werkt in een omgeving waar aanpakken belangrijk is. Maar zomaar wat doen is er niet bij. Je moet blijven nadenken over de planning, het productieproces en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact Je krijgt een functie waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid hebt en waarin je het vak van Proces Operator in de praktijk kunt leren. Je kunt rekenen op: - een 38-urige werkweek verdeeld over 4 werkdagen; - een goed salaris tot €3500,- bruto per maand - werken in een 2-ploegendienst; - slechts één avonddienst per week na 18.00 uur; - na je avonddienst een dag vrij; - een interne opleiding tot Proces Operator; - begeleiding tijdens je inwerkperiode; - ruimte om jezelf technisch verder te
