De organisatie hecht grote waarde aan hygiëne, kwaliteit en het volgen van vastgestelde recepturen en procedures. Medewerkers in de productie werken met procesinstallaties en verpakkingslijnen waarbij verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteitsbewaking en het correct registreren van productiegegevens essentieel is. De werkomgeving is overzichtelijk en professioneel, met aandacht voor veiligheid en het continue verbeteren van processen. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie door praktijkgerichte training en samenwerking met teams zoals technische dienst, kwaliteitscontrole en logistiek. Functie-inhoud - Je bereidt en bedient productielijnen voor ijs- en dessertproducten en zorgt voor kwaliteit en hygiëne. - Je mixt, bereidt en kookt producten volgens vaste recepturen en bewaakt verhoudingen en smaken. - Je controleert het eindproduct en stelt kwaliteitsgegevens vast. - Je reinigt en desinfecteert procesinstallaties en voert schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit volgens hygiënerichtlijnen. - Je lost storingen op en ondersteunt bij onderhoud en kleine storingswerkzaamheden. - Je werkt samen met collega’s van productie, kwaliteit, technische dienst en logistiek. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding richting Voedingstechnologie, Procestechniek of een relevante bakkers- of koksachtergrond. - Ervaring met productieprocessen en controlewerkzaamheden is een pré. - Kennis van HACCP en hygiënisch werken en aandacht voor productveiligheid. - Nauwkeurig en cijfermatig inzicht voor het verwerken van productiegegevens. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken en ploegentoeslag te ontvangen. - Goede beheersing van de Nede.
