Je werkt volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en er is nadruk op het borgen van stabiele productieprocessen en het minimaliseren van risico's. De processen zijn ingericht voor continue productie en je werkt nauw samen met technische afdelingen voor onderhoud en procesverbetering. Je krijgt heldere instructies en ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van operationele taken en het signaleren van procesafwijkingen. De functie kent ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden richting procesoptimalisatie en technisch onderhoud bij goed presteren. De aanstelling is op detavastbasis en biedt stabiliteit gecombineerd met ontwikkeltrajecten binnen de maakindustrie. Salarisindicatie: €2900 - €4800 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je laat productieprocessen efficiënt en veilig verlopen - Bedienen en continu monitoren van procesinstallaties om productieparameters te borgen - Uitvoeren van opstart-, omschakel- en stopprocedures van productielijnen - Signaleren en verhelpen van afwijkingen in het proces en direct rapporteren van storingen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registraties volgens vastgestelde procedures - Samenwerken met onderhoud en procesengineers om procesverbeteringen te ondersteunen - Eerste lijns onderhoud uitvoeren en werken met PLC/DCS systemen en apparatuur zoals reactorvaten, pompen en menginstallaties, inclusief monstername en eenvoudige instrumentkalibratie Functie-eisen - MBO+ of HBO in Chemische Technologie of Procestechniek - Medior ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving - Kennis van procesbeheersing en veiligheidsregels binnen de procesindustrie - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegenrooster te werke.
