Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en leergierige proces operator die ons komt versterken bij het verwerken van cacao grondstoffen in onze fabrieksonderdelen. Je krijgt vanaf de eerste dag de mogelijkheid jezelf te ontwikkelen in het uitvoeren van het proces zoals het bedienen van de installaties, oplossen van kleine storingen en waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid. Maar je zorgt er ook voor dat producten gereed staan voor vervoer. JS Cocoa is in 1923 opgericht in Zaandam door de gebroeders Schoenmaker. Al sinds die tijd maken we cacaoboter en -poeder met verfijnde cacaobonen, die niet verwerkt kunnen worden door de traditionele cacao-industrie. Onze cacao-ingrediënten worden wereldwijd gebruikt: niet alleen in de chocolade-industrie, maar ook in de farmaceutische- en cosmetische industrieën. In Nederland werken we met ongeveer 40 werknemers. Daarnaast hebben we een dochteronderneming: Resigha, gevestigd in Ghana. Deze vestiging is verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van cacao-grondstoffen in West-Afrika. We zijn trots op onze manier van produceren. Samen zorgen we voor hoogwaardige cacaoproducten met veel aandacht voor duurzaamheid en milieu! Om ons productieteam te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar Proces Operator (m/v) Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden - Het bedienen, het regelen en het bewaken van de installaties en bijbehorende randapparatuur volgens productieorders en geldende voorschriften - Verantwoordelijk voor een juiste werking van de installaties en productieactiviteiten, zodanig dat de continuïteit, kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid zijn gewaarborgd - Administratieve vaardigheden ten behoeve van de werkoverdracht - Schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uitvoeren en klein onderhoud plegen aan de procesapparatuur - Waarborgen van de kwaliteit en de veiligheid binnen het productieproces - Andere productie gerelateerde taken uitvoeren zoals aan-en afvoer van grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en eindproducten Functie-eisen - Je hebt de oplei...
