Dit productiebedrijf in de procesindustrie richt zich op de productie van hoogwaardige kunststofgrondstoffen voor de maakindustrie en installatiesector. Je werkt in een compact en betrokken team, waar veiligheid en continu verbeteren kernwaarden zijn. In een gestructureerde productieomgeving met vaste procedures en aandacht voor HS&E-standaarden en inspecties ben je bezig met procesbewaking, aanvoer van grondstoffen, kwaliteitscontroles en samenwerking met onderhoud en externe partijen voor leveringen en reparaties. De locatie heeft een sterke focus op efficiëntie, multifunctionaliteit en duurzame procesverbetering. Salaris is €2600 - €4500 per maand en je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster met ploegentoeslag en mogelijkheden voor opleiding en doorgroei binnen het productiebedrijf. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en stuurt het productieproces. - Je voert productietaken uit zoals aanvoer van grondstoffen, procescontroles en troubleshooting. - Je voert veiligheids- en fabrieksinspecties uit en geeft opvolgingsadviezen. - Je geeft werkvergunningen af en treedt op als productieverantwoordelijke bij calamiteiten. - Je communiceert en rapporteert met collega-operators, onderhoud en kwaliteit en stemt externe leveringen en verzendingen af. - Je monitort en stelt procesparameters bij via PLC/DCS/SCADA en voert receptinstellingen en parameteraanpassingen uit. - Je voert eerste lijn storingsanalyse en -oplossing uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk. - Je schakelt technische dienst of engineering in bij complexere problemen. - Je bedient een complete productielijn inclusief extruders, reactorvaten, pompen, transportbanden en drogers. - Je neemt monsters en voert visuele controles en procesmetingen uit (temperatuur, druk, viscositeit) en stemt laboratoriumanalyses af met de kwaliteitsafdeling. - Je voert eerste lijn onderhoudstaken uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en rapporteert grotere onderhoudsbehoeften aan de onderhoudsafdeling. - Je neemt deel..

- Minimaal diploma VAPRO B of diploma AOT of bereidheid deze binnen afzienbare tijd te behalen. - Ervaring in de chemische industrie en affiniteit met procestechniek. - Ervaring met geavanceerde procesbesturing en procescontroles. - Hoog veiligheidsbewustzijn en kennis van HS&E-procedures. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van Engels. - Flexibel inzetbaar binnen een 5-ploegenrooster en zelfstandig kunnen werken. - Uitstekende coördinerende vaardigheden.
