De organisatie combineert praktische productiewijzen met gestandaardiseerde processtappen om een consistent productresultaat te realiseren. Medewerkers in de productie werken nauw samen in kleine teams waarbij veiligheid, schoon werken en naleving van procesvoorschriften centraal staan. In de rol van Proces Operator voer je operationele taken uit zoals het bedienen van afvullijnen, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen, binnen een werkschema met een 3-ploegencyclus. De functie biedt ruimte voor vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de procesafdeling en techniek, en er is aandacht voor opleidingen en trainingen. Functie-inhoud - Je bouwt en onderhoudt productielijnen en bewaakt een efficiënt productieproces. - Je bedient, stelt om en regelt vul- en verpakkingsmachines, trayvouwers en randapparatuur. - Je demonteert en reinigt vulonderdelen en tanks volgens hygiëne-eisen. - Je voert steekproefsgewijs controles uit op afvulgewicht, codering, temperatuur, smaak, kleur en verpakking. - Je communiceert actief met expeditie, procesafdeling en andere betrokkenen. - Je voert lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en verhelpt kleine storingen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding op MBO-niveau, bij voorkeur Levensmiddelen Technologie of vergelijkbaar. - Werkervaring in de levensmiddelenindustrie of procesindustrie is een pré. - Kennis van HACCP en hygiënevoorschriften. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegencyclus te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. - Technische affiniteit en probleemoplossend vermogen bij storingen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag: van toepassing bij 3-ploegendienst. - Groei- en ontwikke.
