Binnen een industrieel complex in Botlek Rotterdam staan verschillende chemische en procesgestuurde installaties centraal, waar veiligheid, milieu en efficiency prioriteit hebben. Als Proces Operator bedien je processen, bewaak je procesparameters en voer je eerste lijns onderhoud uit binnen de geldende veiligheidsprocedures. Er wordt gewerkt op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en er zijn duidelijke scholings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden richting technische functies en procesoptimalisatie. Het salaris ligt tussen €2900 en €4800 per maand en de organisatie biedt praktische leermogelijkheden, gestructureerde introducties en investeert in veiligheidstrainingen. Werken in Botlek Rotterdam betekent samenwerken in een industriële omgeving met nadruk op procedures, teamcommunicatie en continue verbetering. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stuurt procesinstallaties en bewaakt procesparameters. - Je bedient en optimaliseert procesinstallaties om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelen te halen. - Je voert dagelijkse controles uit en registreert afwijkingen en trends. - Je stelt kleine procesaanpassingen en bijstellingen door op basis van meetwaarden en procedures. - Je signaleert en rapporteert storingen en ondersteunt het onderhoudsteam bij eerste lijns werkzaamheden. - Je voert eerste lijns foutanalyse uit en lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op, met escalatie naar de technische dienst of shiftleader voor complexere storingen. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen zoals DCS en PLC en stelt recepten en procesparameters in, zonder PLC-programmering te wijzigen. - Je bedient en controleert procesapparatuur zoals reactorvaten, distillatiekolommen, pompen, compressoren en warmtewisselaars.
