In Ommen werk je in een gestructureerde omgeving waarin je direct bijdraagt aan dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en kwaliteitsbewaking. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen de procesindustrie en vereisen nauwkeurigheid, aandacht voor voedselveiligheid en het vermogen om procesafwijkingen snel te herkennen en te rapporteren. Het team in Ommen volgt duidelijke protocollen en procedures gericht op veilig en efficiënt produceren, met aandacht voor opleiding en begeleiding voor nieuwe collega’s. Het salaris bedraagt €2600 - €4000 per maand en de functie kent een volledig dienstverband van 40 uur per week. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn onder andere een pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding. - MBO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring op MBO-niveau als junior in een productieomgeving of procesindustrie. - Kennis van procesbesturing, meetmethoden en kwaliteitscontrole. - Voldoende kennis van veiligheid en hygiëne in productiesituaties. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Bereidheid tot werken in vaste dagdienst met mogelijkheid tot overuren.
