Jij bedient dagelijks procesinstallaties, bewaakt parameters in besturingssystemen en neemt systematisch monsters om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een industriële setting, waar veiligheid en procesbeheersing centraal staan. Jij ondersteunt bij gepland onderhoud, voert eerste-lijns storingsanalyses uit en schakelt technische specialisten in bij complexere afwijkingen. Er is aandacht voor ontwikkeling: technische opleidingen en certificering worden ondersteund om vakkennis en veiligheidscapaciteiten te vergroten. Functie-inhoud - Jij houdt het productieproces draaiende en bewaakt procescondities. - Jij stuurt processen bij op basis van analyseresultaten en bedient procesinstallaties. - Jij neemt monsters, voert eerste-lijns storingsanalyses uit en stelt parameters bij in DCS/PLC-systemen. - Jij rapporteert tijdens wachtwisselingen en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht van verantwoordelijkheden. - Jij werkt samen met technische dienst, technologen en contractors bij storingen en gepland onderhoud. - Jij bewaakt en stuurt complete productielijnen in een continu, hoogvolume proces voor chemische halffabricaten (ongeveer 70%) en eindproducten (ongeveer 30%), op een locatie met circa 200 medewerkers en 2 productielijnen, waarbij per shift ongeveer 6 operators aanwezig zijn. Functie-eisen - MBO of HBO opleiding in Chemische Technologie, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als procesoperator of vergelijkbare functie in de procesindustrie. - Ervaring met DCS.
