Deze organisatie werkt in de maakindustrie en richt zich op de productie en assemblage van technische systemen en componenten. Jij voert productiewerkzaamheden uit in een gestructureerde productieomgeving met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering. Jij werkt aan assemblage, testen en keuring van subassemblies en eindproducten en stemt werkzaamheden af met logistieke en kwaliteitsafdelingen om een efficiënte doorstroom te waarborgen. De organisatie biedt opleiding en ontwikkeling van vaktechnische vaardigheden zodat jij kunt doorgroeien naar complexere assemblage- en testtaken. Jij werkt met meet- en testmiddelen die regelmatig worden gecontroleerd en krijgt duidelijke werkinstructies om veilig en efficiënt te opereren. Er is een stabiele werkstructuur met vaste werktijden binnen de reguliere productieplanning en een heldere taakverdeling binnen het team. Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Jij assembleert subsamenstellingen en eindproducten volgens werkinstructies. - Jij voert testen en keuringen uit en interpreteert foutcodes. - Jij bedient en controleert meet- en testmiddelen en respecteert ESD-richtlijnen. - Jij controleert gebruikte materialen en bereidt productietaken voor. - Jij ondersteunt aanverwante afdelingen en materiaalbeheer in de productieomgeving. - Jij monitort procesparameters op semi-geautomatiseerde assemblage- en testlijnen, voert eerste-lijn storingsanalyse uit en eerste-lijn onderhoud zoals afstellen en reinigen. Functie-eisen - MBO+ Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Ervaring met assemblage en seriematige productie is een pre. - Bekendheid met het lezen van tekeningen en schema's. - Vaardig met handgereedschap en meetinstrumenten, inclusief ESD-werkwijze. - Oog voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid bij testen en keuren. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, Engels in woord en geschrift is een.
