Voor onze opdrachtgever te Hoensbroek zoeken wij Operators voor de afdeling Aanmaak. Dit proces is deels chemisch, en hiervoor zoeken wij proces operators die het proces gaan sturen. Heb je ervaring met gelijksoortige werkzaamheden en zoek jij een baan met een vast contract bij gebleken geschiktheid? Organisatie Onze gerenommeerde opdrachtgever is een van oorsprong Duits familiebedrijf en is uitgegroeid tot een groep van bedrijven. De locatie in Hoensbroek is een productieonderneming die zich toelegt op de productie van vloeibare wasproducten, zoals textielhoofd- en fijnwasmiddelen en wasverzachters. De klanten zijn grote retail organisaties met de Europese en hoofdzakelijk Duitse afzetmarkt. Het assortiment loopt van alle soorten vloeibare wasmiddelen tot wasproducten. De producten worden in verschillende flesgroottes gevuld, van groot tot klein. Functie informatie Samen met jouw team zorg jij voor de continuïteit in het productieproces. Het bedrijf werkt volgens een 3 ploegenrooster en als Operator Aanmaak ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zorgdragen en aanmaken van producten volgens planning en receptuur. Hierbij zorg je continu dat wordt voldaan aan de gestelde kwaliteit en kwantiteit. Daarnaast geef je uitvoering aan de aanmaakactiviteiten, hetgeen onder meer inhoudt: Het aanmaken van de producten volgens recept; Het instellen, bedienen en controleren van de productieapparatuur m.b.t. Het aanmaak en toevoer van vloeibare productmengsels volgens recepturen, zodanig dat de juiste hoeveelheden en kwaliteiten ter beschikking komen. Bedienen, instellen en reinigen van de apparatuur; Uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden, zoals: doseren, afwege...
