Voor onze klant, een innovatieve en ultramoderne glasproducent, zoeken we enthousiaste Operators binnen onze productieafdeling. Heb jij een passie voor productieprocessen en techniek en wil je jouw carrière beginnen in een bedrijf dat trots, vakmanschap en technologie combineert? Dan ben jij misschien wel de flessenier die wij zoeken!

Je start met een algemene opleiding waarin je de verschillende stappen van het proces ontdekt. Vervolgens stroom je door naar een functie binnen één van onze drie gespecialiseerde subafdelingen: Batch & Furnace, Glasvormingsafdeling (IS), of Mould (mallenafdeling). Na een intensieve trainingsperiode werk je in een 6-ploegenstelsel waarbij werk en privé in evenwicht blijven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Batch & Furnace afdeling In deze afdeling worden grondstoffen verwerkt tot het perfecte glasreceptuur en gesmolten tot vloeibaar glas in onze glasovens.

  • Ontvangen, analyseren en administratief verwerken van grondstoffen en glasscherven.
  • Bedienen van mixinstallaties vanuit de controlekamer en oplossen van abnormaliteiten.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, temperaturen, recepturen, luchtvochtigheid, en monsters.
  • Reinigen van transportbanden, silo’s en mixinstallaties.
  • Assisteren bij technische storingen en uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken aan de glasoven.
  • Voorzien van ploegenoverdracht aan je collega’s bij shiftwisselingen.

Intersectie afdeling (IS) In de glasvormingsafdeling valt het gesmolten glas vanuit de glasoven in de mal, waar het wordt geblazen, gevormd en voorzien van een hot coating.

  • Aansturen en controleren van het productieproces (gob-besturing, Lehr, transportlijnen en temperatuurswaarden).
  • Inspecteren en vervangen van vuurvaste onderdelen en voorbereiden van apparatuur voor omstellingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles (gewicht, warmte en temperatuurmetingen) en bijgehouden van procesadministratie.
  • Signaleren van technische storingen en afwijkingen.
  • Voorzien van ploegenoverdracht aan je collega’s bij shiftwisselingen.

Mould afdeling In de mallenafdeling worden gebruikte mallen gereinigd, gecontroleerd, hersteld en klaargemaakt voor productie.

  • Reinigen en uitvoeren van revisies en onderhoudswerken aan mallen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en kalibraties.
  • Analyse van afgeschreven onderdelen en beoordelen of deze opnieuw gebruikt kunnen worden.
  • Volgen van de levensduur en onderhoudsfrequenties van mallen samen met collega’s.
  • Voorzien van ploegenoverdracht aan je collega’s bij shiftwisselingen.

Algemeen:

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of motivatie om hierin te starten.
  • Bereidheid om trainingen in dagdienst te volgen op diverse locaties.
  • Basiskennis van computergebruik en goed in Nederlands (Engels is een pluspunt).
  • Flexibel en hulpvaardig; actief bijdragen aan een fijne teamsfeer.

Batch & Furnace:

  • Bereidheid tot zowel buiten als binnen werken (warmere omgeving).

Glasvormingsafdeling (IS):

  • Geen kleurenblindheid; visuele controles op flessen zijn essentieel.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een warmere omgeving.

Mould afdeling:

  • Ervaring en/of kennis van lassen en mechanica.
