Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en voert continu processen uit in een industriële omgeving met aandacht voor veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid. In Rotterdam ligt de nadruk op veilige werkmethoden, gedegen overdrachten en routinecontroles aan installaties. Medewerkers worden intern opgeleid en doorlopen een trainingstraject om vertrouwd te raken met de specifieke apparatuur, veiligheidsprocedures en werkmethoden. De functie vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technisch inzicht en de bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken. Deze omgeving biedt ontwikkelmogelijkheden via interne trainingen en gestructureerde begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt procesinstallaties en voert controle rondes uit. - Je begeleidt en ondersteunt werkzaamheden van de onderhoudsafdeling en zorgt voor veilige uitvoering. - Je rapporteert procesafwijkingen en neemt corrigerende acties binnen jouw bevoegdheden. - Je voert kleine werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.

Functie-eisen - MBO Process Techniek niveau 4 of Operationele Techniek niveau 4 of Vapro C theorie- en praktijkopleiding. - Ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is een pré. - Bereidheid om te werken in B/C ploegen en om te schuiven naar volcontinu rooster. - Praktische technische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Betrokken bij en bewust van veiligheidsprocedures en veilige werkmethoden. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed kunnen samenwerken in een team.
