Jij bedient procesinstallaties en bewaakt de productie om een stabiele en veilige productiegang te realiseren. De organisatie richt zich op het optimaliseren van procesparameters en het verminderen van milieubelasting door efficiënte werkwijzen en continue verbeteringen. Jij voert dagelijkse controles en registraties uit, signaleert afwijkingen en voert corrigerende acties uit in samenwerking met technische disciplines. Er is nadrukkelijke aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit en voor het ontwikkelen van praktische vaardigheden door vakgerichte opleidingen en begeleiding op de werkvloer. Werken hier betekent dat jij bijdraagt aan betrouwbare productie en aan maatschappelijke doelstellingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden richting meer technische of coördinerende rollen, inclusief opleidingen en persoonlijke begeleiding om professionele ontwikkeling te ondersteunen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt procesinstallaties om een veilig en continu productieproces te waarborgen. - Je stelt installaties nauwkeurig bij en voert aanpassingen uit om productie en kwaliteit te optimaliseren. - Je controleert procesparameters, registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je signaleert en verhelpt storingen en schakelt waar nodig technische ondersteuning in. - Je draagt bij aan ploegwisselingen met een duidelijke overdracht van procesinformatie en verbeterpunten. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en kleinschalige aanpassingen en schakelt technische dienst of ploegleider in bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - In het bezit van een VAPRO-B of VAPRO-C diploma. - 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de procesindustrie. - Hands-on mentaliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. - Gevoel..
