Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijnen en verbetert het productieproces; - Je stelt machines in, controleert procesparameters en voert aanpassingen uit; - Je neemt monsters, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen volgens procedures; - Je werkt volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan voedselveiligheid; - Je ondersteunt bij storingsanalyse, voert kleine onderhoudstaken uit en werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten; - Je bedient en optimaliseert installaties zoals waslijnen, snijmachines, blanscheerinstallaties, transportbanden, pompen en verpakkingslijnen op 3 productielijnen; - Het proces is grotendeels geautomatiseerd met PLC-besturingen en SCADA-monitoring, je stelt recepten en parameters in en voert eerste lijns foutanalyse uit; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van een volledige lijn tijdens je dienst en lost kleine sto.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Procestechniek of Elektrotechniek; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is een pré; - Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om processignalen te interpreteren; - Nauwkeurig werken met oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne; - Bereidheid om in dagdienst te werken volgens de afgesproken uren; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht werken; - Basiskennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen;
