We zoeken Technisch Operators voor onze steenfabriek in Rossum. We werken als een hecht team, met korte lijnen en een open, directe maar respectvolle communicatie en samenwerking. Je krijgt intensieve coaching en ontwikkelkansen. De groei van de onderneming gaat samen met jouw persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling. We zoeken Operators voor onze steenfabriek Rossum. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt als Proces Operator in het hart van de steenfabriek in Rossum. Dagelijks ben je verantwoordelijk voor "jouw" machine. Je ziet het als een uitdaging om samen met collega's aan de vooravond te staan van de nieuwste technieken en innovaties in de keramische industrie. Je denkt mee in verbetervoorstellen en bent betrokken bij de opbouw en het inregelen van nieuwe machines. Je bijdrage in verschillende technische projecten is een vanzelfsprekendheid. Wie ben jij? Je bent vertrouwd met werken in de procesindustrie, geautomatiseerde systemen hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Verder beschik je over de volgende kwaliteiten: - MBO werk en denkniveau in de richting techniek - Proactieve werkhouding - Je werkt het liefst in teamverband - Gevoel voor techniek en kwaliteit - Streven naar continue verbetering Wie zijn wij? Bij Rodruza maken we dagelijks mooie producten: keramische gevelstenen voor woningen en openbare gebouwen. We zijn een van de grotere baksteenfabrikanten in Nederland en leveren aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland. We maken veel verschillende soorten keramische stenen, van 'traditioneel' oranje tot zwarte stenen met vernieuwende kleuren en afwerkingen. Dat doen we in onze twee steenfabrieken: De Zandberg in Gendt bij Nijmegen en onze steenfabriek in Rossum. "Living Bricks" is ons motto, want onze stenen brengen elk gebouw tot leven!
