The posting

Als procesoperator werk je aan de productie van vloeistoffen die gebruikt worden in diverse industrieën, zoals koelvloeistoffen, smeermiddelen en reinigingsmiddelen. Je volgt nauwkeurige recepturen en produceert de producten batchgewijs met behulp van moderne machines.

Nieuwe medewerkers starten in de productie en worden stap voor stap opgeleid. Je leert eerst de verschillende grondstoffen en het productieproces kennen. Daarna ga je aan de slag in de “oude” fabriek, waar je onder begeleiding leert mengen in kleinere tanks. Zodra je dit zelfstandig beheerst, kun je doorgroeien naar de “nieuwe” fabriek, waar grotere batches worden geproduceerd soms tot wel 12.000 kilo per keer. Je weegt grondstoffen af, bedient de machine en neemt monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole. Vervolgens vul je de vloeistoffen af en voorzie je ze van het juiste etiket. Omdat je werkt met chemische grondstoffen, is nauwkeurig en veilig werken essentieel. Ook help je met de heftruck bij het verplaatsen, laden en lossen van producten.

Wie het volledige proces goed beheerst, kan doorgroeien tot allround operator en via de werkgever de operator A- en B-opleiding volgen. Jouw toekomstige werkgever staat bekend om de goede begeleiding, fijne werksfeer en de vrijheid die medewerkers ervaren. Er wordt gewerkt in dagdienst met een flexibele starttijd tussen 06:00 en 08:00 uur.
