Zin om van gewone aardappelen onweerstaanbare chips te maken? Als Proces Operator speel jij een cruciale rol in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze snacks elke dag opnieuw lekker, veilig en efficiënt van de band rollen.

Bij PepsiCo Veurne werken we met trots aan bekende merken, in een omgeving waar teamwork, kwaliteit en plezier centraal staan. Om ons team verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar Superkraks zoals jij die graag verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en willen meegroeien in een sterk productiebedrijf.

Met verschillende ploegensystemen bieden we heel wat flexibiliteit. Samen bekijken we welke werkregeling het best past bij jouw leven en ambities.

  • Je bedient volautomatische machines: je start ze op, legt ze stil, reinigt ze en bouwt ze om wanneer nodig.
  • Je volgt verschillende productielijnen op — van het snijden en bakken tot het kruiden en verpakken van onze snacks.
  • Je stuurt procesparameters bij om topkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen in het proces op en lost ze snel en efficiënt op.Je registreert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens en rapporteert aan je teamleader.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, propere en hygiënische werkplek.
  • Je werkt in een ploegenstelsel (meer hierover op www.superkrak.be)

Wat verwachten we van je?

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands — veilig samenwerken begint bij duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, hebt oog voor detail en streeft altijd naar topkwaliteit.
  • Logisch redeneren en een technische feeling? Helemaal jouw ding!
  • Heb je ervaring als operator? Super! Nog geen ervaring maar technisch afgestudeerd? Ook welkom!
