Teams van operators, technici en ondersteunend personeel werken samen om productie-installaties te bedienen, storingen te verhelpen en continu te verbeteren. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vragen om technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om snel operationele beslissingen te nemen. Medewerkers werken in ploegendiensten om 24/7 productie mogelijk te maken en krijgen ondersteuning in opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De functie biedt marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden met een salarisrange van €2600 - €4500 per maand en extra toeslagen voor ploegendienst, naast een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld. Functie-inhoud - Je houdt het productieproces operationeel; - Je bedient en bewaakt productiemachines en procesinstallaties; - Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en lost storingen op; - Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen aan betrokken afdelingen; - Je werkt samen met collega's om processen te optimaliseren en veiligheidsregels te waarborgen; - Je stelt procesparameters in en past receptinstellingen aan binnen het PLC/SCADA systeem om kwaliteit en capaciteit te waarborgen; - Je voert first-line storingsanalyse uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op of escaleert naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig; Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een diploma in Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen.
