De productielocatie werkt met geautomatiseerde productieprocessen waarbij jij een centrale rol speelt in het bewaken van kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Jij voert werkzaamheden uit vanaf materiaalaanvoer tot het gereed product en neemt deel aan verbeterprojecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteit. Deze organisatie biedt stabiliteit in werk en investeert in medewerkers door gerichte opleidingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Er zijn reële doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productieomgeving en ruimte om technisch te groeien richting meer complexe procesrollen. Functie-inhoud - Jij monitort en bedient extruders en bewaakt het productieproces. - Jij stuurt het proces bij, stelt productieapparatuur in en bewaakt kwaliteit en productieaantallen. - Jij vult additieven en stabilisatoren aan en verzorgt de correcte materiaalaanvoer naar de lijnen. - Jij detecteert en verhelpt kleine storingen, voert routinecontroles uit en houdt machines schoon. - Jij werkt mee aan verbeteringen van het productieproces en zorgt voor een correcte ploegoverdracht. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - In het bezit van VOP of VAPRO A, B of C is een pré. - Ervaring met extrusieprocessen of andere productie-ervaring in de maakindustrie is een pré. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegenrooster. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het signaleren en oplossen van storingen. - Jij kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in een klein team. - Hands-on mentaliteit: jij ziet het werk liggen en kunt snel schakelen. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - 30 vakantiedagen per jaar (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek) en 8% vakantietoeslag. - Ploegentoeslag voor werken in 5-ploegen. - Doo.
