Je werkt nauw samen met kwaliteitscontrole en technische ondersteuning om productie-eisen te behalen en verbeteren. De functie omvat assembleren, bedienen van machines en uitvoeren van functionele tests, met mogelijkheden om processen te optimaliseren en technische kennis te verdiepen. Het salaris ligt tussen de €2900 en €4300 bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en optimaliseren van productie- en testprocessen. - Assembleren en monteren van elektromechanische onderdelen en uitvoeren van functionele tests om de kwaliteit van producten te waarborgen. - Bedienen en kalibreren van productiemachines en testmiddelen en signaleren van afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Documenteren van processtappen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om productie-eisen te halen. - Ondersteunen en onderhouden van de dagelijkse productievoering en storingen oplossen. - Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en bijdragen aan efficiëntie en productkwaliteit.

Functie-eisen - HAVO of MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Werktuigbouwkunde. - Ervaring is niet verplicht; aantoonbare interesse in techniek en praktische vaardigheden zijn vereist. - Praktisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust met oog voor detail. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken (wekelijkse afwisseling tussen diensten). - Basisvaardigheden in het bedienen van meet- en testapparatuur en technische instructies begrijpen en opvolgen. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en goed kunnen samenwerken in een team.
